Yeah, the old life was crystallized chaos and a lot of the plans and actions I took were just coping mechanisms. I don't know if I need to change these plans because some of them are actually good, however, the core motivation behind them must be revisited and restructured. This definitely resonates for where I was in the past few months. I have terrible social anxiety and kind of low self worth so it's been hard to recover from the friend group I just left. I have autism and it makes social situations really hard to read correctly and I've been kind of shutting myself away for the past year or so. I walked outside on the way to the gym and got a rank odor and kicked something on the ground while walking (nothing was there) I've recently been able to sense darker energies (and angelic) through smell and I've been off kilter all morning. I took off work today it's been a hard morning and past few days energetically 😅
