Advancing Health Equity series: Rozzy for African + Caribbean communities AFAHO

This video was created by African Family Health Organization (afaho.org) as part of the Vaccine Equity project, and is part of the Advancing Health Equity video series by NNPHI.
NNPHI built a coalition of partners and created the Community Guide to Advance Health Equity together. This Guide outlines five core guiding principles and one foundational principle for sustainable outreach to communities who have not been part of our national narrative for public health. The downloadable Guide and interactive website include customizable templates, resources, and guidance- from community-based organizations FOR community-based organizations - that center health equity, trust, relationship building, and the real life contexts in which we work to improve public health nationwide.
