The AD209 has a glossy, reflective screen that gets in the way of viewing the image. Yeah, it reflects scenes from the environment on the screen. Can you tell me if you can remove that plastic protection?

Screen will not turn on & power cord won’t plug in. Why

How are you Powering the unit.
If from a pc or laptop it won't work as it needs a lot of current.
Power it from a dedicated usb charger.
