Oh my god you should absolutely do more Beast in Black you will not regret it. They’re absolutely devoted to their 80s influences, Yannis is an amazing singer, they have tons of fun on stage and they are my favorite new band. Hope to see more of them from you!

The singer is from Greece my country and Thessaloniki my city. Giannis Papadopoulos incredible singer. Yous should listen his prevous band Wardrum the name from Thessaloniki. And also he sings in a Greek epic power band Warrior Path. Yoy can check it They are fantastic!
Those guys are an absolute blast to watch live. Saw them opening for Nightwish at the end of last year and they completely stole the show. Saw them headlining 2 months later and they were even better and parts of the show felt kinda like in a football stadium of the Liverpool or Dortmund kind. Also Yannis, the vocalist is an absolute force of nature.

Band is basically the revenge fantasy of Anton. He created Battle Beast and then they fired him when they wanted to go more mainstream, so now he does it better. Most of his songs reference either the anime "Berserk" or the breakup of Battle Beast. The lead singer in Battle Beast was female, hence the breakup references and the feminine style of vocals. The singer, Yannis Papodopoulos, has excellent range and routinely does covers on his channel, including "Ghost Love Score". You should try "Sweet True Lies" and "Oceandeep".

Calling Blind and Frozen good is a SEVERE understatement haha. It blew my mind first time. I had to watch a second time to make sure I was hearing what I was hearing lol.
Blind and Frozen is great, but be honest, any song from the "From Hell with Love" Album is phenomenal
@@samuelengle3773 Same here. On February starts third year of listening it (and March whole Berseker too) and seems that these guys have made two cd's now full of songs that have blown my mind and I think I'll listen them still as pleased as now when I'm 80 if I'm still kicking ;-)

Hey guys so glad u have done a beast in black reaction. I caught this band supporting nightwish in December 2018 and was blown away. Blind and frozen is another great track along with the song born again in fact they have not done a bad song. Yanis the lead singer has a unique voice there is a great cover you can find on RUclips that he has done of the nightwish song ghost love score

That was the first time I heard Yannis singing, I couldn't believe he could sing the same notes that Floor Jansen, including the famous floorgasmic ending ! Absolutely AMAZING !
Great reaction and great band!! I've seen them live three times in less than a year and after few weeks will be the fourth🤘, so I guess I have to admit that I like these guys😌.. and Yannis is definetily one of the most interesting male- metal-singers at the moment! He did a cover of Nightwish's "Ghost love score" too if you want to hear more of his amazing singing🤘

German Power band that does whole album themed songs. (Each album has a theme, kinda like Sabaton in a way)
This song is the title track to their latest 2017 album, and it has an Old West theme. Kel should really like it as it has a bit of a Western movie soundtrack riff to it.
OMG!! you FINALLY did Beast in Black. The song you did is off of their 2nd album 'From Hell with Love'. You guys absolutely NEED to check out their song Blind and Frozen. Will show you a new dynamic to his voice.
Their vocalist (Yannis Papadopoulos) has his own RUclips channel with a bunch of Vocal Cover of bands such Iron Maiden, DIO and even Nightwish. Which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking/reacting to his cover of GHOST LOVE SCORE (NIGHTWISH COVER). and prepare to be mind blown.
Loved watching your video. I discovered beast in black a few months ago with the release of their last album. I'm glad to find others discovering this band, so hopefully we can get a US tour.
Also check out Battle Beast -- the former band of the current guitarist of this band --Anton writes all the music so they both sound similar.
slight correction. He used to write all the music before they went their separate ways and he founded Beast in Black in 2015. I still like Battle Beast but the last two albums aren't Kabanen albums and - for better or worse - that shows,
Eluarelon Battle Beast is surely missing Anton - he is a great songwriter.

Anton Kabanen used to be in another awesome Finnish band - Battle Beast.
Battle Beast songs have strong 80s metal vibe, with a modern twist.
They have a fantastic singer, Noora, who screams like a female Rob Halford.
Their previous singer Nitte was awesome, too, a bit like female Ronnie James Dio.

This album came out back in February and is still in my top 10 albums this year, possibly top 5 even.
I'm a huge power metal fan, and this band just forced itself into my top list immediately when I first heard their debut album. I rate these guys almost as highly as the likes of Kamelot, Blind Guardian and Sonata Arctica. We need more music like this!
Beast in Black are a revelation the first time you hear them. The best way I heard someone describe them is they are pure cheese, but like the finest cheese money can buy 😂

"Unholy Savior" and "Battle Beast" albums are insane. Noora Louhimo have a killer voice between Dio and Blackie Lawless with high notes like Judas priest.
Hey guys. Since you enjoyed the vocals I strongly recommend to check Yannis Papadopoulos' previous band WARDRUM. "Travel far away", "Sometimes" "After forever" and "Lady Jane Grey" are some songs to check out. Their guitarist Kosta Vreto is also extremely good and is playing without a pick. Yannis is the best vocalist in Greece right now and Wardrum on the top three power metal bands in the country.

I don´t think anyone would take offence at 08:55, if my memory serves me correct, the main songwriter (the guy who played the first solo on a Jackson guitar) Anton said that he wanted this album to be very 80s influenced by bands like W.A.S.P , Iron maiden etc but with a modern sound to it, so that is exactly what you guys described. And this album like the one before is AMAZING!

If you are not familiar with Nightwish, you should do a few of their songs as well. A few of the great ones are, Romanticide, Ghost Love Score (official live), While Your Lips are Still Red, and Yours is an Empty Hope live at Wembley.

BEAST IN BLACK would be extremely happy to see you reviewing their music.
Beast in black have upcoming tours with GLORYHAMMER and I'm 100% sure that it is more beneficial for them to have as much exposure and promotion so fans can go to their gigs.

Please Ben do NOT apologize for your comment about sounding like the 80's none of us that love Beast in Black take that as an insult basically because that IS THE POINT of Beast in Black it's ALL the 80's cheese wrapping a superbly talented singer and band. To add to the nerd factor their entire band is based around a dark fantasy manga called Berserk (do NOT LET your CHILDREN read it) that is immaculate art unto itself the band name comes from a central figure in the manga and the mass majority of their songs are directly related to the manga. Their singer Yannis Papadopoulos is actually Greek and he has a youtube channel where he does all kinds of covers. As you can plainly see he is a killer singer. Now if you want an even better song to show his range do Blind and Frozen next (have to do the official music video though) if you want to go in the direction of power ballad you HAVE to do Oceandeep its is 80's power metal ballads PERFECTED imho

You should go for the Song "Born again", Lyric video wich imho is perfect to show the capabilities of the singer without doing a cover, it is the best every song he has done with this band. Kind Regards
