Andrew’s Spider-Man has to live with the knowledge he failed to save the person he loved. Garfield’s performance is superb; you really feel the characters inescapable pain.
Andrew is by far my favorite Peter Parker, the love affair between Peter and Gwen is so much more complicated and intense, than the others, and Gwen’s death, is without a doubt, the most tragic and heartbreaking in all of Marvel.
