Another fun fact….. that entire upper (now public) parking lot is above a massive water reservoir that has its own little row boat at the bottom of the entrance to the cave like reservoir.

Oh and theres a massive reservoir behind the home under the parking lot; you can actually take a canoe down there its so big. And there have been 7 murder and or suicides in the home. Its absolutely haunted.

It's a nice little park and grounds. Check the schedule for times when you can go inside the mansion. It's typically closed for entry.

@@mizzury54 It truly is an INCREDIBLE park in Beverly Hills!! (with clean, newer restrooms even!). Such a beautiful spot, and incredible history!!

1928….that is really old…..I went to an event there like 10 years ago…..my cousin live in Trousdale estates…..Beverly Hills is so over with…..
