This is rubbish honestly. You're quick to target other clubs who breach financial play but City is still running scot free with 100+ charges
City is able to give a blank cheque to the officials which other teams can't afford.
@@johnakimana1134 I'm starting to feel like you all say these things as satire rather than the actual truth.
@@topazmcfc1427 give your truth why Everton was charged and you were not?? Explain please..
@@johnakimana1134 thank you!! We (Everton) were charged twice already while City's charges are "coming soon" or closer to never. And that statement was only put out after Everton secured safety, and Everton were hit that hard to stave off the government intervention.
Everton owned up as did forest, city deny the charges so that's why it's dragging. Should they be found guilty the punishment should be monumental not only for 115 charges but for flat out denying them . Nothing will come of it though as the games corrupt and city have the funds to make problems dissappear. YNWA
Leicester don’t need to sell any players, they just need to get the same lawyers that Man City have.

Well done Sky Sports 👏👏👏👏
Lets talk about points deduction, putting a downer on Leicester's triumphant return to the EPL, typical Sky Sports, bring on the points deduction, we're back where we belong, but Man City get away with breaching the rules, you don't see Sky Sports talking about that do we.
And will Chelsea be charged for finding a loop hole in the FFP which allowed them to breach the rules by buying all those players? Probably not.
We know why FFP is a thing to stop smaller clubs from competing with the top teams in the EPL ever again like Leicester City did when they won the title upsetting a few corporate American owed teams.
Must of been a travesty when Leicester won the league title, we were cherry picked to sell are best player by the corporate teams, but that wasn't enough we still get treaty as cheaters for trying to compete with the top clubs, by issuing a FFP against us for breaching the rules, football is a absolute joke.
And why don't Sky Sports talk about the corruption in todays football?
There was no FFP in place until Leicester won the title, must go against the EPL rules for such teams to win the title again.
When are you gonna reduce point to Manchester city and Chelsea. Nonsense every day. Leave Everton, Nottingham forests and others alone
what did chelsea do😂
This is disheartening. Dewsbury Hall has been class for Leicester since his debut last season. I love the kid. So unfair when Man City has so many breaches of the FPL, that smaller clubs get targeted so fast. Hopefully, Leicester makes enough money to pass the EFL policies that are up by June
talk about two tiered policing in the uk .the premier league have 2 tiered rules when it comes to points deduction man city 115 charges say no more
One question, when are the charges against Man City going to be dealt with. It seems lower ranked clubs are dealt with quickly while Man City isn't dealt with at all. Seems the more money a club has the slower they face the music
Can Someone Simply Explain why they ALWAYS Show Images instead of Actual Game Footage? CBS does this too in The States.
Sky only has the rights to show video footage in the UK. So if they were to include game footage non-Brits would be blocked from seeing the video.
Surely relegation in that season where the so called ‘offences’ happened was enough? What a joke this whole debacle is where Forest and Everton plead guilty on a small number of charges yet Man City plead not guilty to over a 100?

Ermmm every single club that is below the top 7/8 is a SMALL club . You lot are really deluded . The EPL is made up of about 12 clubs who are non entities. Leicester are a small club .
@@user-qx3eb2jx1pyour ball knowledge is so dead. Fair enough he’s wrong about Brighton as they are mid team, but Brentford are definitely a small team compared to Leicester. That’s like saying teams like leeds, Everton etc because of their recent positions.

Clubs breaking FFP rules while getting promoted or relegated like this should forfeit their cut of Premiership prize money & parachute payments.
Not have points deductions that can't be enforced until the next time you play in the relevant league.
Leicester might never go back down to the EFL & they'll have basically cheated their way to promotion.
So, how is it all of these teams are being handed down these swift and strong punishments Everton, Nottingham Forest and now there is a team facing a negative/in the hole out of the gate start to their promotion. Then there is a team whom have an outrageous amount of charges/infractions of these rules and regulations with no swift and harsh punishment being handed down to them. How is this happening? And the argument of City’s charges are of a different level/nature holds no weight. They broke the rules, that’s it. So punishment should be given just as all the other “rule breakers” have had done to them here and now.
any news about the 115 ?
They sell some of their academy players and recouped the money.
Everyone gets a ban except the one with the most chargers
Gary Neville needs to resign.
Not even a Leicester fan at all but really this is just cruel, no sense behind any of this
Why? You should be feeling sorry for all the Championship teams who didn't make it out because they didn't cheat like Leicester did.
Well they didn't cheat did they? They tried to comply with the rules and got relegated for it last year. Gross mismanagement from the board and overly loyal to players in terms of wages but certainly not net spend. Last 2 seasons you're probably looking at £50m each season as a net transfer profit? And so if you view last season as cheating then fine in the sense they did break (the very corrupt rules) but this year? They haven't broken the rules and it's not in the EFL remit. Oh, and by the way, the PL and EFL have broken the law in dealing with Leicester's case by illegally sharing sensitive data whilst trying to collude in an attempt to punish Leicester @@roychen5235
How did Leicester cheat? @@roychen5235
@@roychen5235 Leicester made no transfers in January, barely anything sizeable in the summer. They broke the EFL Sustainability rules yes, but cheating? Not a chance. They were the better team.
@@roychen5235.. so how have they cheated. Their relegation was caused by NO TRANSFERS at the beginning of their last season in the Prem ..obviously they were preemptive of financial problems. This “fair-play” rule needs looking at. Take Chelsea, they had more players ON LOAN than some clubs had players in the club. Stupid comment on a stupid rule. BTW .. whatever happened to the rumours surrounding Man City? Too much money? Enough to pay off the investigators? 🥴⚽️
Sadly selling some of their top players Is almost a tradition at Leicester
The same at any club outside the top 4 in the PL. At least they won the PL and FA cup in recent times. That can't be said for the likes of Brighton etc
If that’s the decision and it’s already known deduct the points now not next season
EFL and Premier League aren't even the same organisation so they can't be deducted points now can they.
@@0swrenbut if they didn’t get relegated they would have the points deducted this season. It feels harsh on the teams in the championship this season.
There should be better relationships between the two organisations for these deducted point situations.
@@24eu But there's not... so get over it
@24eu But there aren't a premier league team this season, so the PL can't do anything to them.
@@boulevard14 that’s literally my point. They still are guilty though but can’t be punished because of something so simple as they happens to be relegated.
If there were better procedures in place between the prem and epl, deductions could be implemented even if teams get promoted or relegated, like they would easily if the teams happened to stay in their original leagues
All they need to do is
get a new sponsorship deal and they don't need to sell anyone for this season
Rules are rules but I think it's a bit harsh when a club relegated even though they spent too much and they are still to get punished for that?
Yeah isn't meant to be that you gain a sprting advantage? Well if you get relegated you've hardly gained that have you?
@@tenerifereddog3943 they do if they haven't done anything about it in the league below having players they shouldn't be able to afford.
Funny thing is, that theyre changing rules to make the charges against City less relevant. So their lawyers will use these rule changes as justification for a majority of the charges against them.
We all know what will happen, they'll get fined a couple million and like 5 points deducted for one season.
It all happens fast for Leicester, Everton, etc. And yet no decision on City, who will go on winning trophies by cheating the system
Lovely lovely lovey - All these small clubs getting punished, what about City and Chelsea???
Those without standards always create double standards.
OK enough is enough, city, Abu Dhabi, 115, sort this out NOW
And what about Man City 115 ?
Man city will face trial in 2025 when the new FFP Rules are implemented. Then the case will be dismissed by the judge because the old FFP rules they break. Plain and simple.
Its not a possibility, they WILL start with a points deduction
Do these people even have the balls to punish Man City for their 115 charges?!
Well, that is bullocks.
Bro this became from not deducting city's points to small clubs what is this
115 charges?
Maybe Leicester can keep appealing to prolong decision for 6 seasons like Man City until EPL "decides" not to do point deductions anymore.
I thought they just embraced new financial rules
Points deductions are absolute crap. The Premier League protects Manchester City and Chelsea and many others but go after the smaller clubs. I didn’t even watch much of the Premier League this year because it’s the same 4-6 clubs every season. LC title run and Blackburn’s title runs were magical, and the league needs more of those not less. The people who run the PL are just stupid.
Should be this year
How Man City behave, they should be middle to bottom of the Prem, but of course the bigwigs in the Prem and FA will never allow this to happen. Scandalous and shocking.
Leicester already playing hard mode next season
Yet, Man City too powerful and will for sure avoid sanctions as usual.
He’s never leaving at all.why would he got to Brentford or Brighton when he’s at a better team
Manchester City and Chelsea to be relegated then. 100 point deductions for both clubs.
City start with 115 points advantage?
well that softens the blow a bit
I'm getting fed up with these point deductions. As a Gooner, I want nothing more than to beat Man City to the title. But if we only won it because Man City had points deducted, that would be a pyrrhic victory. Same with relegation clubs. If Everton or Nottingham forest go down because of points deductions, then the surviving relegation clubs will be there even though they hadn't accumulated enough points themselves to survive, yet they'll remain in the EPL. Stop them from signing new players. Fine them. Whatever, but NO points deductions.
But Everton survived last year when they should of had points taken away ?
Whateva happened to Man City getting stripped of their trophies and points deductions....Oh that's right they are a big powerful club with lots of money....that's the difference!!
If we have a points deduction ,its a double whammy to have to then sell your best players. The premier league really do make sure to go after the smaller clubs, killing the dream .So basically they want us back in the championship without our best players ,is'nt sport wonderful
It’s weird how an EPL breach doesn’t affect their EFL points…
It isn't weird in the slightest. The EFL isn't governed by FFP, whereas the EPL is. The EFL has its own rules on sustainability.
Not that difficult to comprehend surely?
@@andreashessler838 a cheat in one league, is a cheat in another.
I've literally just explained to you why it's dealt with separately. Can't really help you anymore than I have done squire.
A more pertinent question from your side should be, "Why are the likes of Everton, Notts Forest, Leicester, etc being charged quickly whilst the likes of Man City, Chelsea and Man Utd get to kick the can down the road and get away with it"?
Everyone paying for Man City’s mistakes but Man City!!
Can’t wait to see Manchester City get a 60+ points reduction, oh wait, it’ll never happen
It takes time to prepare a case for 115 breaches of FFP. The reason the smaller teams are punished is because they only breached once or twice and it's a relatively easy case. After Leicester threatened to sue the PL I hope they get maximum sanctions to be honest, send a message that cheaters shouldn't prosper. And yes, man city will face their day in court and hopefully face maximum repercussions.
So teams like Leicester get punished for challenging the top six teams, must be a crime for another team outside the top six to win silverware yeah?
We know what FFP is for to keep order in check, oh we can't have another upset, we can't have a team upsetting the top six can we.
FFP wasn't a thing until Leicester won the EPL title pal.
Premier league gunning for -15 points and a transfer embargo
bring on the points deduction we will do everything we can to stay up!
I’d say it’s a certainty.
As an Ipswich fan, happy for Leicester to start on a points deduction and can you hit City and Chelsea whilst at it.
As our squad of mostly league one players will need all the assistance possible, much appreciated.

@schribez6656 well, what else are they supposed to do?? Evidence of this magnitude deserves this length of time to collect, and the trial is already given a time period. Yet sheep will still go on about "What about Man City" as if the FA should deduct points for something that isn't proven.

How has man city's breaches taken so long to make a decision on
The FA target smaller clubs as they do not want them in the Premier League, simple. Manchester City never get points deducted as they bring too much money for the Prem so will be overlooked.
