Hi Parames, this cake is definitely not for vegetarian as we need the eggs not only for texture but also as leavening agent which other egg substitute like yogurt unable to provide the desired outcome. If I can come out with vegetarian recipe for this cake, I will upload the tutorial.
Kena ikut berat telur tu. Telur gred A yang sis pakai ni berat 54 gm sebiji tanpa kulit, jadi kalau 5 biji total dalam 270 gm. Kalau pakai gred B biasa dalam 48 ke 50 gm tanpa kulit, jadi kene pakai 5 1/2 biji untuk dptkan 270 gm

Thank you! for self raising flour, you can use 210 gm, use same amount of cornstarch as in the recipe and you can omit baking powder. good luck!
