Born and raised in Arizona. It’s harder for us from here to look for a new home because the growth in people moving to our state has made space harder. We were never this packed. But hopefully this video helps the O.G residents who are looking to change scenery but not leave the state.

That’s every single state lol. California has most transplants in the entire US and a large percentage come from Arizona.

I’m just starting my search for Arizona. I’m interested in 55 plus communities with great amenities. I’ve been looking at RUclipss about Surprise. I’ve heard Peoria is nice but I’m thinking it’s out of my price range which is 450 max. I do like to shop at Trader Joe’s and Costco so I’d like to be in a town with both those.

Hate Arizona hoping to get out of here in no less than 6 years . The road rage is insanity way too many people way too many cars. Everyone thinks their car has to sound like a Harley. I guess if you love big city life this is for you. Street racing everywhere!

Too much traffic in north Peoria and it’s only going to get worse.

You don’t have to say cactuses. Cactus is singular and plural..

I'm not knocking the video maker, nice job. BUT I find this video hilarious/sad. "everything wrong with modern cities" Box stores many miles from your home in a GIAGANTIC parking lot that takes more space than the stores. Drive thru fast food, because you need a car to get there, why bother getting out? (In fact why bother going, just get delivery) Giant "strode" roads that are unsafe for anything but a car. Houses miles away spread out with no convenient retail stores in between, no bus stops, no bike paths, no trams/trains and no real nice pedestrian walk spaces. Houses themselves have overly complicated shapes for no good reason other than the person driving by has something to look at, costs more for repairs, probably poor insulation and built with sticks. "near Phoenix" Minimum 1/2hr away. We live such stupid, expensive lives. Who is paying for all the road, power, water and other repairs and upkeep? Houses don't provide enough taxes, stores can't cover all the taxes. New building will of course in short term, but at some point it's a house of cards that collapses. Look up "Strong Towns"

Hi ! Thanks for watching 🙂 I go to cuticles on camelback and litchfield (ask for Justin ) for nails. For hair I haven’t got a hair cut for a while and my lady moved out of state… so no help there.

I’ve lived in Peoria, it’s terrible! People live there and there’s tons of cars. Just horrible. I moved to Sedona and it’s so much better
