Sugai Burung is behind the Balik Pulau Police Station on Jalan Balik Pulau. Which is just about 5 minutes driving distance away from Balik Pulau town. Where you can reach Maybank, market, hawker stalls, convenient store and other amenities. Balik Pulau bus terminal is here too.
