Cotton clothing is not the preferred material for clothing in the temperate climate. If cotton must be worn it should be on top of everything else.

Marwa I can see you are struggling with the cold instead of wearing 2 trousers and many jackets or shirts ask Rocio to take you and buy thermal set for men they do long sleeved Vest and Leggings plus socks as well then you wear it under your normal clothes you will feel nice and warm.
As for the jackets all you need is one proper winter jacket you can even get lighter one but if its a proper winter one it will be warm.

Rocio cut the onions in small slices , also bell pepper tomatoes garlic etc, strip the vape off the liver and cut them into bite sizes season to taste and set aside. Place the oil into a hot pot put the onions garlic etc into the oil and lower the fire , stir around the onions etc in the pot for about a half a minute now place your liver and keep stirring around for abour 6mins . Cook your bananna in the skin with whatever other food of your likeness no salt here , when the food is cook drink a cup of the pot water you'll be getting iron from the skin of the banana.

We are getting crazy wind here in Saskatchewan, Canada, trees ,traffic signs blowing over and semis with trailers being blown off the highway, wind warning in place
Ha, ha, now you’re learning about dressing warmly.. but still wearing three pants is not the solution. They sell warm winter trousers and winter underwear.
1• You need long neck pullovers or warm shirts.
2• You need warm undershirts or warm t-shirts.
3• You need proper winter trousers.
4• You need long johns. Long johns is an underpants with long legs. Also called longies. You also can wear men’s underwear 🩲.
5• You need winter scarves 🧣, warm gloves and winter socks.
6• You need a proper winter Jacket!
7• You also need a warm winter bonnet or winter hat or a winter beanie to protect your head and ears from the cold.
Sometimes we wear two gloves to keep the hands warm. The first gloves are thin and then we put the second pair of winter gloves on.
Go to a men’s clothing store and ask them for warm clothing to keep you warm. Stop being cheap.
