Hi Cody when the backhoe comes back I show you the bale head on that the spears look like giant nails it’s made in Idaho. Western Forage Systems in Marsing Id the spears are 2/14 inches thick and has a two and a half ton lift cap and you can lift pallets to. Mine goes on the bucket but when you tell them the loader make and measurements they’ll make it fit to the arms. It’s has picked up three eighteen hound pounder bales held well.

The ones on my other two loaders that I built myself are extremely heavy duty only reason I bought a set was because we were in the middle of hay season. I’ll probably build a set for this one later this year but for now it’s fixed properly. Ours also lift pallets

@@SuperFriday88 I didn’t know you built your own I just saw that one and was just letting you know about the one I have the ones we build ourselves are way better because we we know what we’re going to do with them and where the weak points are thanks for the great videos.

I totally agree with you. Those tines should be in the square tube. Don’t you have trouble pulling out of the bales with so many tines because the bales are so tight?

Yes when we fixed it I only put 4 back in instead of 5

@@SuperFriday88 ok ya that makes sense. I have one where the outside forks are the same length as yours and the centre ones are shorter. I like your videos, very informative.

@@mikefunk8992 we like the long ones all the way across seem to hold a little better if you have ruts in your stack yard
