You can right-click anywhere on the columns name, for example 'Layer Name' - Columns - Parent & Link so it shows up. Alternatively, you can press Toggle Switches/Modes
is there any easy and quick way? I mean I have no problem to animate is letter but big problem is when there around 30 -50 titles comes in single Audio visual then it become huge headache and plus you know how client keep change copy that is another bullshit headache. so is there any easy and quick way to get those effects?

All I can suggest is to either buy a preset pack or look at plugins like Mister Horse
