The harsh realities of student loans hit you like hemorrhoid and you decided to transfer to somewhere more affordable.
Welcome to Western Mississippi State Technical College! Yes, Westminster had a superior education, castles, a 5 star dining hall, whatever, but you'll never find a better academic advisor than Kris at WMSTC.

As someone who considered an astrophysics degree at my first college before transferring, then considered getting a second bachelor's in art history so I could get a masters in historical restoration, this was eerily personal 👀
I also hasn't realized how much I missed the experience of having someone help council me through big life decisions. Very thought provoking for a comedy ASMR sketch!

Omg I literally took an upper level English class that was Mary Shelley and Frankenstein's Monster only. It was a literary theory class, and Frankenstein is a really good text to analyze from all sorts of different angles. We did a lot of reading about the various theories, but we wrote every single paper throughout the semester about Frankenstein, through different theoretical lenses.
Wildest part? I never read it all the way through. I was also assigned Frankenstein in high school, but didn't read it then either 🙃

A college degree would be just as valuable as a high school diploma if it were free and would basically just be optional high school at that point then getting a graduate degree would become the new bachelors degree

I tried to film videos last week. I spent days on an English as a Second Language Exam video. I had 60 sentences all typed out and in my binder. But as I was reading them out loud, I was leaving enough time for you to write the entire sentence down, repeating it a bunch. I was filming for over 30 minutes and had only gotten through 10 sentences. I need to either shorten the sentences, cut the number of sentences, or sacrifice realism by rushing through the questions. And then I got discouraged and walked away.
