My kids and I went out to Target last weekend and none of us cared for the neon. I actually liked Walmart's Halloween items more this year. They did have some neon as well but it wasn't everything. They seemed to have more of a variety, something for everyone. Edit - we did not see those pillows while we were there! Those would look awesome on my porch. Aw, shucks.
