Do you ever need to do a post heat press with a cover sheet to set the design?

Great question Raymond! While many transfers on the market require a second press, our transfers are specifically designed to be a easy and efficient single-step application. From our screen prints featured in this video, to our digital and DTF prints. The only exception with our products would be our UltraColor Stretch transfers specifically formulated for printing on Spandex, Nylon and sublimated materials- We do recommend a second press with the cover sheet we supply.

For team shirts either one would work depending on your specific design- The 11 x 5 is definitely a popular size for center front graphics
