Quick and split is a hamburger spot that was real big in Los Angeles. They got up to eight stores and then the owner passed away but they reopened it. The kids did but they had the best hamburgers you ever wanna taste and they had homemade ice cream chili cheese fries, tacos you name it. I was one of the original cooks. The super quick and split was a double cheeseburger. It had two patties, two cheese, pastrami, lettuce, tomato, and chili, and it had seasoned fries and a great big vanilla shake.
