These Western Yellowjackets are incredible little creatures that always show up after a tag has been filled. The Western Yellowjacket feeds off of meat proteins. You can find these little awesome creatures at your local BBQ trying to steal meat off your plate, or as far back in mountains as you can possibly get. No matter where you find them, they are an incredible creature to watch.
I do my very best to harvest as much meat off an animal as I possibly can, but no matter what is left behind, NOTHING goes to waste in the outdoors.
