Eye to eye is not a bad album actually. Different from other of their albums but that just shows how talented these guys are. Is just that it wasn’t the right time for them at that point but me personally I think it’s an enjoyable album from them.
i love the scorpions .but this was there low point they were more of a three piece band the album was not hard i had tickets to see them in detroit in 99 and the show was cancelled due to low ticket sells now they got james kottack and panwel on bass and they now rock again .thank god.
It's been a "three piece band" since 1979, when Matt joined and became an associate to Rudolf and Klaus. You can say he's the third-in-command as he's the longest in-band member besides Rudolf and Klaus.
Geez, as much as I respect Rudolf, but his English pretty damn bad 😛. "hundred prozent" 😅 Have they never had a coach to teach them how to improve their pronunciation? I mean, Klaus and Matthias are ok, but if Rudolf weren't the boss of the band, they might only have chosen him last for doing interviews in English 😀.

Such a criminally underrated album was "Eye II Eye", even by the band themselves.
