When it's saying whatever happened to the humanity etc, I don't understand. The world has never been perfect, and it never will be. The only throwback it could be is to a time when we were innocent kids, before we saw all the bad, and could only see the good parts of the world. The good is still out there, you just have to look for it

Excellent choice of song, I see a lot of PMVs with songs that have nothing to do with anything in the show, and they struggle to find clips to suit so the whole thing is kind of ad-lib randomness, but you took that song, and you took those clips, and fuck you did a marvelous job putting it together. And the inclusion of clips from the original music video and real life events ties it together in a way not done before. This is my new favorite PMV by far. Well done dude. Feel good and don't stop feeling good, no matter what life throws at you, you have a real talent. Keep creating.

I remember a time not too long ago when almost everyone in this fandom was all about friendship and equality, however campy and silly it may have sounded. People jumping at the drop of a hat to attack one another for fame or to "expose" them, even if it doesn't solve the problem at hand. Just comes back to the fact that hate breeds hate. Dude, whatever you do in the future with your channel, don't ever drop your excellent ways of conveying important messages, whether that is through a music video about ponies or not. 🙂
Honestly? The world has always been terrible. Thanks to media though, we're more aware of the event happening around the world. If anything, the world is becoming better.
I guess that's why it doesn't make sense that people are so hateful. Things are better for mostly everybody, but we have radical conservatives/fundamentalists trying to undo all of that progress. And make us "great again."
My response to this is to say that while we have become better in some ways, we have fallen in others. Racial tensions have skyrocketed, and not as a result of those radical conservatives. Same with fear, anger, and violence. With this election, the United States is so divided, and Trump isnt the only one to blame. The extremes of both sides would gladly try to wipe out the other if given the chance. This world is so cold, so finding someone who truly cares about everyone is rare. I want to make the world "Great Again" By bringing back peace. I don't care who the person who stands at the helm of the ship we call the US is, so long as they try to keep both sides from destroying all of us.
This is exactly how I feel about the world currently, I try the best I can to love all people, I even vowed to never kill a human being, but one man can only take things so far, and I have already experienced all of my friends succumb to the community's lies and the hate that it shows, so I am writing a book about a man who experiences some horrible things, his parents being tortured and killed, his best friend dying, but throughout it all, he never kills a single human being. I am writing this book in hopes that it will help enlighten people and change their lives.

This was an excellent PMV and one that was perfect in timing. While I might not be a well known person in the fandom: no DrWolf or KP or FNGR or Jerry Peet, I have been around enough incidents with smaller, yet still recognizable people, who have brought drama. But it has been this very drama that has given me the chance to pull the people who I believe to be in the right place out of it, and help them through it, and therefore in turn, become close with them. Without drama, who knows if I would be with the girlfriend I am with now, who is so positive and forgiving and caring that, perhaps it might be too much, and perhaps I might be there to be a realistic side to her pure optimism. This is a question I've been asking myself with this fandom recently mainly because of the drama between Josh Scorcher and Jerry Peet (I'm not giving him the satisfaction of calling him Lily since he's clearly not gonna go with the surgery to change his gender and the fact he and his cunt wife attacked me and my neutral and peaceful beliefs in regards to it with the latter accusing me of emotional manipulation knowing that I was clearly dealing with depression when I brought Jerry''s attack on me to her attention and the two of them disliking my video on TPP proving that they're TPP lovers. Anyone who knows me by now should know what I think the only good TPP lover is.) since I'm a fan of the former and I used to be a fan of the latter. Their friendship was the only thing that gave me hope for two people in my real life to get back on good terms. Then it ended and with it, my hope for the two in my life. Jerry and Liz's attack on me has also effected my outlook on life and my faith in the fandom now since they've essentially smashed the idealism that the show and it's fans reawakened when I heard about the great things it's done. I'm actually starting to think there's no point in trying to be a good person anymore especially with the way the world is now. Why should I bother trying to be good anymore if I can't save anyone?

This song was a huge part of my early teen years, and the only Black Eyed Peas song I ever liked. This was amazingly well put together, and a surprising fit, when I saw the title, I didn't think it would work, but it does, perfectly. This is awesome.
I'm sorry, but that singing was very bad. It may just be that I don't have an ear for rap (if that's what it was), but it sounded less like he was singing his lines, and more like he was just reading them. There was absolutely no rhythm in his voice. The music sounded incredible. Beautiful buildup, then the "singing" just tore it down.
This video really is right, sadly. I also just hope that one day the world can get a more peaceful place than it is right now. And that's the reason why I love mlp!

I love it but... there is some things on here that are making some things seem so terrible. Everyone knows the world is terrible and hell I have views of points you brought up that I disagree with but I do believe that this was needed. Also nice touch of adding real footage o3o
Examples of stuff i disagree with is the black lives matter thing (please don't get me into drama or a comment war don't want to deal with that.) The over use of stuff that Muslim exterminates did and personally I feel people bash too much on that religion because of the bad things ISIS (ISIL) And other groups do. Other than that again really nicely done.
While I agree that people bash the people of that religion too much (judge a person on their character, not their religion or ideas), the religion they follow does preach a lot of hate and destruction to those who oppose it. As a trans woman, I dont feel safe around the ideology of the religion. That being said, I would gladly be friends with someone who is a moderate muslim. A person's faith isnt the problem, its what the religion itself preaches.

Oftentimes I think "I totally agree with 'some asshole on AMV.org'." I consider myself a pedantic, elitist prick and you should probably take my negative opinions with a grain of salt. But you are fantastic for having bothered to respond, so thank you kindly.

It's unfair to even compare this PMV to theirs because I know they knocked it out of the park while I stuck to basic cutting.
