Here's a thought... always wearing pads... eventually after the pads let you crash a few times and not get injured? Itll raise your confidence. Worry less about crashing because u don't get hurt when u do
Fox launch pros don't move at all even in crashes I found,they pedal alright but aren't the best if doing 5+hour rides ,after a year of constant use have split on half in the insert tho but perfectly usable
Same for me with my fox launch pros. Got em in the beginning of June and they don't move. A little hot and a little longer than most but I recommend them.

@@ls66 I need some new ones I've split the pad In mine from a crash they definitely did there job tho as my knee didn't feel anything
