🦉🐯 I was overweight, and depressed, it was 100% due to poor diet and lack of exercise, I managed to join a cheap gym (just walking helped too) and work on myself and my health. You only have to see larger people's "food" shopping trolleys and you know what's up.

Garbage food is delicious, cheap, and fast. It’s a lot more work to go to the grocery store, try and understand the labels. Most people probably don’t know what food is actually healthy. It takes time to cook nutritious meals. Sugar is highly addictive for a lot of people. I don’t think it’s fair to place all the blame on people when companies make money off of obesity, mental health issues, doctors and pharmaceutical companies make money off of sick people.
Your post is a litany of excuses for gluttony....
Shut the fast food shops earlier and stop the home deliveries. Simple
