Prof. H J Bhagia had received a gold medal for his Chemical Engineering from Bombay University in 1969. Later he went on to complete his Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management from Bombay University in the year 1978. As a professional, he has worked for organizations in multiple industries in numerous capacities. His vast experience has been gained by working for various corporations in India, Netherlands, Bahrain, U.K. and many other countries.
In the year 1986, when Bhagawan started the MBA Program in Prasanthi Nilayam, Bhagia Sir was one of the first teachers to be appointed by Bhagawan. Bhagawan often refers to him as “His Professor in Spirituality”. Bhagawan has been continuously guiding him in his personal life. He has also been fortunate to receive direct instructions from Bhagawan towards shaping students as effective instruments in His Divine Master Plan.
