@@DP31313 honestly, it's hard to boil it down to a few reasons. I've been playing the game since it came out in Spring 23 and have 1000+ hours, most of which have been playing scrims/official matches in the competitive scene. There are many factors that come into play to get better at the game and being able to carry games in solo queue. I would focus on aim training first and making sure your aim is on point. I did this by playing a lot of TDM and Control Point lobbies and trying to top frag and get as many kills as possible. This will make you trust your aim. Once your aim is in a good spot, then it is a matter of gamesense. Gamesense is difficult to learn, you can only learn it by playing and constantly having an analytical mindset. When you die, think about what led up to you dying in that particular situation. What was your thought process? Where did it go wrong? Where did it go well? For future reference, discard ideas that tend to go wrong and keep ideas that tend to go well. Also, always be on the lookout for patterns of behavior from enemies. If you know a specific player roams 90% of the time you played against him, he'll likely roam again, so expect a roamer. And make sure you pay attention to usual spots and angles people tend to use, you'll get a lot of kills from this if you learn to throw utility accurately and/or prefire. There is a very good video that explains these concepts about gamers in less than 6 minutes that I always recommend for people who are trying to improve. It talks about flat screen games, but it can be applied to VR as well. Check it out: ruclips.net/video/-8xgtxOzaSY/видео.htmlsi=oK6_w3G4AdkKECo6

I rotate my left hand 90 degrees to the left and I let my right hand sit on top of it, kind of like an inverted L shape. This way both controllers are clearly visible for the Quest 3 sensors to not lose tracking. This works for me, it may not be the best for you or others, just bear that in mind
