I was so excited to get mine in the mail, but disappointed when I found that it flew far worse than my custom built meteor 65 with a stock tuning, thank you for doing this video
did the same, but i increase master multiplier to 1.6 to make it tighter and got nice trace from blackbox
this version has been nothing but dissappointment. I eventually returned it. It initially came with no video feed so I had to reflash. Then I also kept getting bad RX warning and would just drop mid air.
How did you even get a return? HappyModel is ignoring banggood's return claim and burned me.
It's been a week with no correspondence. This has been my worst experience to date since I started FPV.

im having a hard time with this drone and is very stressful and camera cuts out after 1 minute
Yes, this one is not as good as the previous gen’s
My issue is that it just drops mid air at the start of the battery. Sometimes even during mid flight. It’s just very faulty and it’s too bad because i think it actually flies really well in terms of power to weight. Even the battery life is impressive, just the tune and the inconsistent units are what brings it down.
Agree, i had incidents when it dropped during mid air, not sure what happen but it seems this tent to happen when the VTX is too hot causing something to fail safe, not sure about your experience?
They shipped with 2 different gyros and I think the PID loop frequency is set wrong on some of them out of the box. One of the two I own was giving similar problems and I changed that single setting and zero issues now. Happymodel has the correct settings by gyro on the mob6 2024 page.
Is this a decent start drone for light flying outside and inside?

Mine is not even 2 hours old I barely finished configuring flight modes and video feed is already gone. Gray screen, with OSD but no video feed.
I'm absolutely flabbergasted at how junk this is. I've already put in for a return, I don't even know if I should bother exchanging. There's no way content creators and reviewers got the same batch as regular customers.
Sorry to hear that, seems like either the camera is broken or wires are loose. This particular mob 6 is a bit problematic, good performance but not as good quality. Yes, returning it is another option.

I bought a runcam nano 3, I'm doing a few practice runs before I try soldering it in. Super disappointed with this, and HappyModel's response.
