Check out his live performance at the Royal Albert hall concert, (especially, 'I will talk and Hollywood will listen,' and his rendition of, 'Mr Bojangles.' The whole gig is electric, but those two songs give goosebumps every time. Also, the Knebworth concert is a must. Check out his guest spots on the Graham Norton show too. He's hands down the most hilarious storyteller on that couch.
Back when the brits were good I been with Robbie since 1990 I was 17 I year older than Robbie born to be Mrs Williams just a fan 😢 Robbie biggest fan ever love ❤️ you Mr Williams
The worst place to have a panic attack is on stage and I only play for around a couple of hundred people on a good day so I can’t imagine what it must be like at this level. Insane
Fantastic performance. Robbie said he knew he couldn't compare to Toms vocals, so he concentrated on his dancing. Basically an impersonation of a young TJ. Brilliant.
On the contrary, I think Tom is wise enough to understand when to pass the baton & is obviously enjoying Rob's tribute to his style in his younger days. They are great together!
@@GjpgrD RW wasn't on par with TJ even then, much less now, so despite the fact you like RW which is fine, it's obvious TJ felt uneasy during this show.
@@vsemprivetWhich is contrary to what Tom said afterwards. He heaped nothing but praise on Robbie. Tom even asked Rob to record a duet with him after. It's on RUclips, so you are definitely wrong with your supposed mind-reading of Mr. Jones.
Robbie looks and sounds pathetic next to Jones. But he is so self-absobed that he doesn't understand that. Anyway, history has placed both correctly eventually.
Your last statement..."history has placed both correctly eventually". If by that you mean that both Tom Jones and RW continued on to be successful entertainers, and both remain so, then yes, you are correct.
@@meh.4161 I don't think I need your approval or guessing, but thanks for the contribution, though a bit biased and ill-informed. Butthurt mode doesn't help the unasked discussion anyway, so keep rewatching RW golden era videos that hardly anyone remembers. Cheers.
@@GjpgrD If you like me, yes, please do, if you want to. Thank you for liking me, good stranger. BTW, did you see the first appearance of Scamala after losing elections? I bet you'll like it.
This hits so different after watching the new film
Yup.
Totally agree....watched the film and this scene now amazes me how Robbie managed to get through this set considering his 'state'
True so true
😢😢 after seeing better man... My heart for Robbie you can see in his eyes... 😢😢

Yes!
How is old Robbie here ?

Funny but it seems like Tom is trying to subtly make room between himself and RW.
Tom Jones is probably thinking, "Never again!"
