With all the titles like customer success, relationship affirmist, for a new joinee, I think the company is still not giving the idea of what his job is straight up, although he is brought in to do exactly that, for the fear of de-glamourisation of the job.

Rahul should have toned down a little bit ... I understand this is comedy...but a good should make a person laugh spontaneously not pressurise him to do so..... That guy ...for sure ...is a great customer success manager....so patient.....
