Thank you for this. This was nice. It wasn't as intense as I thought it was gonna be but that reminds me that I am on my path right now and all I have to do is tune into myself to take my next steps. It's also funny that my cat thought it was a great time to play with my hand in the middle of the meditation, I needed that laugh tho so I'm thankful for her little interuption.
