I live in America, I am 65, and I have never eaten Africa food. It looks delicious, I would love to try the different varieties of fufu, and meats you display in your videos.
I’m 68yrs old and same here. But now that I think of it we have eaten African food but it’s been Americanized. Just like everything else.
There are very few foods in America that are completely authentically American. That’s bc of slavery and immigrants.
