hivemind main here heres a stupidly easy way to get to night 10 without taking any damage go into the cubby on right of spawn use divide and point it from the rooms entrance (the one with the window) to the main entrace (where the scav comes from pretty much all scavs die before they reach the front, and the only normal scav that can make it through is dream you can use the window to see dream coming, and dream will always throw up as soon as he enters, which gives you a decent window to react you could go a little further back into the cubby and place it from the corner to the cubby entrance, but then you wont have a window, and some tankier scavs can make it through, so i wouldnt reccomend it unless you have some funny sentry men i personally only use disperse for nights 1-2 and direct for scavenging safety (just watch out for sicklers)
How to casually survive as hivemind and be lazy to attack: Use hivemind disperse And craft Caltrops (Recipe: Stone + Wood = Crafted Caltrops) And make pavise for gun protection (Recipe: Stone + Wood Scrap = Crafted Pavise) Always have a projectile items for some situations Have a Riot Guard Injector and inject it on night (OP if you know how to dupe) Have right equipment Get some gains Get alot of medkit Get some more traps Get alot of stims right now Use firebomb on later nights (or Explosive Items) Get a proximity mines (Place it on outside in later nights) Now each night requires Stage 11 Sweat Use steel snares or just scrap it Get tactical armor Get Anti-Cancer or Anti-Wheelchair (Get a friend and ask him to use zealot perk) (That’s all lol)
@@mgzz7869 There is 2 guard so boom, that's like 20 DPS already then unlike yosef, if guard sees you they shoot and throw grenades immediately while yosef just sprint a bit then throw grenade plus guard has long range

I am a hivemind player and my head is a hive lol (that is the avatar since 2018).Hivemind is incredibly strong for me since I can defend my teammate in the nights and I can defend myself and kill enemies while scavenging I get lots of rations and I share them unlike you said.
My strategy with Hivemind is to get behind the crate at spawn and use Divide at the corner of the crate (you can use Divide on both sides), it works pretty well especially with another Hivemind. Every time while using that strategy me and my friend got to night 10 with barely any effort. Also in the earlier waves (1-4) if you're going duo then one of you can use Divide and the other one can use Direct because of the 2x damage Direct does, however it's not useful in the later waves because it can target only one person.
A tip with hivemind: Use divide on the right side of the red container and point it outwards and you and your teammates never stand right of the bee line. The enemies will die by the time they reach you, thks doesn't work on Dream and Yousef thought but it does give good XP and money. Hoped this helped 👍🏻

There were small mistakes in this video all around, but other than those you played perfectly as a hivemind main should, but the one thing that confused me was crafting the billhook. The only gimmick of the bill hook is that it stuns, but you already have more than enough stuns as hivemind, which means you just have a weapon worse than a tier 2 weapon that costs 100 scrap. The best option for hivemind is either exec for free HP, or deci because you usually make massive crowds with hivemind. Firerer axe is good because consistent damage at a low cost and Maria is just simple and easy to use

A fun strat to do if you have a friend or one other person is Crosslink and Vagabond. It is so satisfying for both the Crosslink and the Vagabond. Also Crosslink and Arbiter. Expect huge frame drops when you get like 12 kills with one charged shot shell.
Side note: hiding behind the red crate with disperse and using some makeshift walls (forgor the name) and a firerier axe can afk gaming up to Yosef, and then just pull out a AKM and cook him and ur done :D (ive gotten at least 11 wins with this (2 were true ending as well, just apply the same strat but wall off the entrance in of le jet and then disperse spam))
I play this on a $200 desktop, and I had no clue this game could run so smoothly on better hardware. (Edit:: Please don't comment just to flex that you have better hardware than me.)
I was a hivemind main, i solo, I use tormented, i use that trait that allowed you to parry, and uhhhhh impatient, equipment i use is throwing knofes, i use disperse in nigth 3~10 I usually use guns and i use the ammo wisely when its 5~10 nigth, I just craft executioner in nigth 1~ 3 In nigth 1 get 100 savange. And uhh go brrr
fun fact: if you have a tactial armor buff and I4-SDS then you can tank yosef's attacks. i did it once and tanked him with 4 morale on a random public server. it was glorious
