Both sets are good but ghidorah is better. Its very opinion based as atrodor has mpves people prefer more sometimes. Atrador is easier to obtain but getting a good dragon strike is hard but getting ghidorah is even harder to get. Im glad i got myself a full set before the black market price changes. To most of tbe playerbase thk getting legendary traits on t5 for the full set is a bit unrealistic they would have to trait gamble with alot of spare parts to even come close.
Tldr- ghidorah better but hard to obtain
