I guess they are probably used to it right? It's not like its exactly a rare occurrence. The majoritybof young Israelis have grown up with it happening so for them its a fact of life. The government has found ways to deal with it like Iron Dome and bomb shelters.
For us its weird but if you grew up there you wouldn't think so, it would be something that just happens.
It's no different than why people continue to live in the American Midwest despite tornadoes being common, or in Florida despite hurricanes being common.
