Having been to Peter Lugar many times, the steak may have been better than what you had, but overall I think the restaurant you chose was probably a better experience. It is loud and hectic in Peter Lugar...not a relaxing dining experience and too "touristy". As a NYer, it is so nice to see someone throughly enjoying their experience here.
