This video right here covers every in-game hint / bit of dialogue from both Act 3 of The Doomsday Heist & the Agent ULP missions that HEAVILY implies that Clifford will return at some point in the future.....possibly next week even (although not likely). It's all about the implication people. The stuff about Yankton & the return of Michael is just me speculating a bit as to what would make sense and be minimal effort for Rockstar considering the assets for Yankton & Snowy weather are already in place. We may have to wait until GTA 6 for the return of Clifford now. I'm almost certain Rockstar mentioned in a lost newswire somewhere that "the next heist we do will be for next-gen only systems". But I sure couldn't find anything like that when I went looking recently. Still though... I feel like if Rockstar delivers one last solid heist, it'd be the coup-de-grace one of the best games of all time. If they don't though? Well... people will probably forgive them because GTA 6 is coming. But I don't think I'm alone in expecting (or at least hoping for) one for heist. That's it for now though people.
