L''uso del comando "estrudi" è una mossa intelligente da parte tua e che porta a buoni risultati. the scale tool is under "transform" or you can type "scale" at the command bar.

if you use Rhino 5 or newer version you should have Gumball. It is located at the lower bottom. between SmartTrack and Record History.
