This is my ride for the last year. I love it. I often turn off assistance. I was searching for a bike that felt light enough to treat like a normal bike and it does the trick. I've updated a bunch of parts over the last year. SRAM GX and an onyx hub. The battery life always surprises me. I bought the water bottle battery and never really needed it. I really like how it integrates with Garmin but there could be more data transfer for things like cadence and power output. My friend who is anti ebike had a bad day and we switched out halfway through a ride... he "gets it now". There is not much power diff between trail and turbo. It's not powerful, but makes riding nice

I really like NTM, prefect for a quick rip and a beer 👌🏼
I’m all for the future of belt drive gearbox e-bikes, that’s when I’m gonna make the switch

Yeah that pinon looks sweet. The new DJI motor is something else too. So many big moves in the industry. Hard to imagine what happens in the next 5 years

Have almost 500 miles on my SL and Love It. My daughter rode hubby’s Levo and my SL and also went with the SL. Same kind of conversations we had - much more like a great trail bike with the benefit of the ‘e’. 👍

Nice one, I demo’d one before buying my Levo.. I’d say both bikes are fantastic have their place and it is a matter or rider style, preference and trails ridden..

how tall are you? i'm 5'8" and i just test rode the s3 sl pro carbon and it was killer but it did feel a little tight. i'm wondering if i should try an s4

I’m 5’11” and the S4 is perfect. S3 might be a bit more in your range but scaling up to S4 wouldn’t hurt if you prefer that slightly bigger bike feel

The Levo SL was the best handling ebike I had been on so far. Unfortunately the range was ridiculous. I couldn’t get much more than a 90 minute ride in Trail mode.

Do you jump dirt jumps with your regular levo? I want a bike park bike and a bike for downhill. I was thinking of getting an sl because I don't see how you can hit dirt jumps on a 50+lb ebike

I'm not huge into jumping but it is possible to hit dirt jumps with the Levo, just is a bit more difficult. Id recommend the sl if you're going to be jumping a lot

The weight of the bike is not so important, like a proper geometry. Have a Levo, and it jumps as easily as a twice-lighter bike. Love it.

so 15% used to get up 600-800ft ??? even 600ft would be pretty good but I have a feeling this is not true (there would be 3000ft to go to get to 10%)

About 600 ft to get to where I was in the video on some pretty mild climbing. To run the battery dry from 100% could probably get you around 4000ft of climbing in better case scenario. People have reported more or less, all depends on power level and other variables
