These were REALLY good. I didn't have the sunflower or pumpkin seeds on hand, so subbed in almond flour. Would suggest cutting up the spinach before sautéing to keep from being too "stringy" (just take bunches & cut with kitchen shears). Thanks for the recipe!
I am wary of sauteing them, as I have had better luck gently baking this type of patty. Suggestions on temp and length of time, if you've baked these? Really looking forward to these, Thank you 😊
Looks good but is alternative besides mushroom as I am on a low FODMAP diet and mushrooms are very high FODMAP and make me nauseous when I consume them

I would use all the same ingredients to make a fresh and tasty salad (minus the flax egg). And, in a fraction of the time. Why? One word: acrylamide! Google it; you won't want to fry anything again.

Bit just like i tought it was never possible to go vegan maybe its possible to go without all those products. But i found its with all sorts of heating above 120c°, not only frying.

I don't understand why everyone shapes their burgers so fat. Why not make them flatter so that they make a better sandwich instead of having some sort of ball of stuff in your piece of bread? I'm just asking.
