Nice to know even great players still hit walls with Titania 😆 Would the Dex Pixia build be optimal for killing the Sister of Parvos in the event or does she have different mechanics?
The Sisters seem to have similar mechanics, and the build can kill them in one magazine if no other players are attacking them. That said, there are some things you should change. For example, using Primed elemental mods instead of excessive Viral mods would be better, or Magnetic, one of their vulnerabilities, may be better.
I though they would be vulnerable to radiation and cold, not bcs of the armor but bcs of sentients are vulnerable to those elements, but if they don't have vulnerabilities, wouldn't ut be better to use primed lemental mods to maximize the damage?
I don't think there is a big difference and it's just a matter of preference. Replacing both the 60 mods with the 165 mods increases damage by 1.525x, but reduces the viral proc chance from around 41% to 7%. Since the viral damage bonus is 2~2.75x, and damage dealt early on has a bigger impact due to the dynamic damage attenuation, the 165 version can be better or worse depending on luck.

Can you explain why you are using Xata's Whisper instead of something like Eclipse or Roar? Edit: is it because the damage reduction does not apply to xata hits??
Their static damage reduction increases in proportion to damage, so for example, two different hits of 100,000 damage each will do more damage than a single hit of 200,000 damage. There are few things that are considered different hits. Other examples include Saryn's Toxic Lash, Zephyr's Tornado, etc.
I have a question, does titania secondary weapon and melee stat stick to her exalted weapon? Like if i equip viral on secondary and melee, does it transfer the stats to the exalted?
Casting speed shards are often used in speedrun builds to shorten mission time. Putting ability strength shards is of course fine, but they probably won't increase the damage that much, and you should be aware that they increase the flight speed.
With the Thorns buff, you can survive a few hits, but the safest approach is to wait until the toxin field ends. If you don't mind changing the build, Health mods, Antitoxin, and/or Rolling Guard can help.
For Secondary Outburst. On switch from melee to secondary weapon, all combo count is consumed to increase the crit chance of secondary weapons by a certain amount per count. This affects the Dex Pixia, since they are secondary weapons.
Picking up the veils - you can't hold them while in Titania's 4. No idea you could store them once you transfer back to the warframe. I have only used this on the thermia fractures the other way around to carry 2 canisters in one trip.

In theory, Viral should be better, but it doesn't make that much difference.
FYI: Their current weaknesses are Slash and Toxin.

damn, nice trick with the drifter and the canister, didn't know it worked like that if you time it, or you don't even need to time things at all?
The input acceptance time for the trick is very short, so some practice would be needed.
I'm not sure if I understand the question correctly, but it can always work if the canister is lying on the ground.
just press pickup button and transference button at the same time. no timing needed.

Why do you have a bunch of attack speed on the ceramic dagger, I know its a stat stick but I heard attack speed mods wont apply?
That makes sense because you need to swing it once to activate the arcane at the start of the mission. The difference is less than a second, though.

There is probably no way to do that in simulacrum, but some sabotage missions, such as Ares on Mars, have a datamass at the start of the mission.

They are weak to slash and toxin now. Since enemy weaknesses no longer affect enemy armor when calculating damage, they simply deal 1.5x damage.

What do you have in the build that stops you from tumbling/bonking on ledges? My titania is always spinning through the air like a plane going down
Her 1st ability gives you status immunity and prevents that stagger.
