Looking to plan a New England road trip? We just wrote a COMPLETE guide on our website that includes 3, 5, 7, and 10 day itinerary options plus a map, hotel recommendations, tips, and more!! touristtolocal.com/new-england-fall-road-trip/
Great video! We’re heading there next October. Might I suggest investing in a lapel mic when you’re in a crowded area? It would make your narration stand out from all the background noise. Keep up the great work. And when you get to New Mexico you HAVE to ride the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad (if you haven’t yet)! Stay in Chama, NM and take the bus to Antonio, CO to take the train west back to Chama. The barren scen😢gets better and better as you climb towards the 10,015’ Cumbres Pass. The lunch you get in the middle of the ride is fabulous! IMHO this is THE best steam powered train ride in the USA. Enjoy!
Thank you so much for the great tip about the lapel mic. We got one recently for our latest videos :) And good to know about that scenic railroad! We hadn't heard of it actually!
An interesting fact is that all the equipment on that railroad is all very historical. You are correct that the railroad was established 50 years ago, but the actual station is 150 years old this year. The railroad celebrated its anniversary just 1 week ago. Everything in that railroad is very historical. Great video!

Hi! Do you happen to remember your seat numbers please? Purchasing tickets online don't really convey which side is "right of the conductor" and when you call them they don't seem to know how to direct you on the web.
You guys timed this trip perfectly! The foliage was beautiful and the weather was really nice. John from the train really knew his stuff! I hope he becomes a fan and subscribes. Cant wait for the Vermont video. "Like"
