The jam is actually "kaya" is a malaysians sweet coconut egg jam (its very sweet and very good with toast bread) !!
just discovered it too just this week😭 it tastes soo good (i coincidentally tried the same toast last wk in ipoh too)
@@etsyfilms u can get that kaya at any store. search for gardenia kaya + gardenia bread.
just an advice, if the eatery isn't certified halal, proceed with caution. they may claim not to sell alcohol or pork, but the meat, such as chicken and beef, probably did not come from a halal supplier. better make sure of that. also if they serve pork it is better to avoid eating there because the food preparation may be mixed up
