Quick word to AMG about Star Wars legion

Thank you, Atomic Mass Games, for not destroying Wars Legion. This is a quick shout-out to AMG for discussing the state of the game. AMG, you probably will never see this, but I wanted to put my two cents out on my favourite game and some minor changes you could make to make it better now that you are remaking all the soft plastic into hard plastic. This is the time to change force organization and make the core more part of the game.

When AMG releases a wave of Star Wars Legion minis, to get the most of those minis I would love to see them also release a thematic side game (Imperial Assault style). It could just contain the mission narrative and map tiles, allow players to play out a miniatures potential load-outs to see what works for their play style. Mission Packs could range from Darth Vader in the corridors of the Tantive IV to Luke taking down the Dark Troopers.

I love the concept but fear that they may not add to their workload, but as fans of the game, we can make our own mission packs to play like that. I still pull out imperal assault from time to time

I’m really too new to offer any suggestions but I guess just old but I’d like to see the print offs of the rules and assembly instructions for the units in the boxes instead of having to download them. Love the videos, they are really helping a newb like me.

Right but core units are currently very powerful with most factions (minus rebels imho) and they are really the units that win games. I would be cautious about just a straight points drop because of that. Two stormtroopers are worth most heroes for example. Maybe a hero kills more but core units score VPs, clog up your opponents strategy, get a lot of dice out, especially republic core units.

@@benc8738 you are right it always easy to drop point but harder keep balance I think that keeping a balance is key
