I'm happy I found a yogi/fitness youtuber that's more my style! you seem so cool and I'm excited to watch more of your content! I never thought about fast vs slow twitch muscle fibers. I primarily focus on weight lifting and have been doing taekwondo for a few months now and I'm really slow but I have good form, which makes sense to me now
This was really cool! I found you first via your Yoga on YT, but was inspired to try lifting weights after seeing your instagram and I love it so much, so it was great to see what you do in more detail.
The way you articulate how your body moves and your goals I found very inspiring. I want to feel stronger and have more explosive movements and power and force. Very inspiring. Thank you!💖
Ahhh this was so cool and inspiring, I have been looking into weightlifting as I’ve been a hyper mobile dancer my whole life- it looks so intimidating but also very rewarding! Thanks for sharing!
thank you so so much for watching it!! oh duuude weightlifting is literally all of those and more - very humbling but incredibly rewarding and so empowering too!!
Thank you so much for sharing this. I actually feel this from my practice and this shows me how much of a balance I may need personally myself. Because I do admit, I feel a world calmer but not as strong, really.
Really appreciate you sharing your training and groundedness! Ty for sharing your story as well! I wondered if you'd ever consider creating a movement challenge for people to join?
Like lots of teachers have 5 day/ 21 day/ 28 day challenges on RUclips like a playlist. It's like a follow along series almost but it's motivating and helps people create a daily practice because it's a challenge to try stick with it for a number of days and people can share their experiences in the chat.
@@jf14588 OH yes i got you! maybe in the future because i’m super busy with my current coaching commitments that’s why i’ve not been able to upload to youtube recently!
