Well The more you delete anyone on the messenger suggestions or recents Of those items that you removed The more you do that it will keep appearing again and again and again because I try to delete anyone who is not on my friend list and the more I tried doing that it did not work I try to clear cache data and uninstall it and then reinstall And it still does not work And if you try to block them their profile will still appear So if I were anyone I just delete messenger app and that's it Because I am not installing that messenger app ever again even if it's still connected with Facebook or any other social media apps And the more you clear all from the messenger app those profiles that you're not friends with we'll still be there in the future

How do you block people (you are not friends with) on messager ? It shows random people on my top bar and my people tab…

Or you could try to block them that way it won't appear but If you unblock them it will come back
