I inverse seared my steak once. Cooked on a pan at 230-240c/450-460f. 90 seconds per side, then if heat and added butter, thyme and garlic off heat. Rested for 10 minutes and zapped in the micro for a minute. Rested again, was very tender and good colour. Thin/outer area was a little over done.
I normally use my pellet grill then sear on the stove but it’s snowing out and cold af so tried your method and and came out amazing. Even my son the steak connoisseur loved it. Thanks bro! 💪

If it's the right type it'll be nothing but oil, no propellants or additives. They do this by having the oil in a bag in the can, and then pressurizing the space between them. It's the only oil spray anyone should use for cast iron or non-stick.
