Sir i have no idea building plan calculate.. Am intersted drawing building plan.. But am confusion... Room size main hojati hun.. Or offset jo lete hai assume hota hai. Wall ki size main

Room ki size alag hoti h and wall ki size alag we assume wall thickness 6"inch or 9"inch and offset is depend upon plot size but minimum 2 feet should be given for proper ventilation,
