    Great update video Nathan. I've got a fix for your overflows, I 3d printed covers for mine. I'll contact you privately and sort you out with the file, LAD should be able to print it out for you as he's got loads of printers now.

    I have two LED90's over my 2 year old EA Reef Pro 900, one PSU went after 1 year of install, second one went 6 month's later, Red Sea replaced both quickly without any quibbles, but before letting go they were far too hot to touch even though all my electrics are outside the tank cabinet in a well ventilated area, none of the other PSU's running other bits of kit produce a fraction of the LED90's heat, the replacement PSU's seem much better thankfully

    Neat little new setup, I think it will turn out nicely. Good luck!

    Love this Lagoon tank, watched so many of your tanks over the time, what scares me Nathan is you have gone for this nano & I'm just doing the cycle on my Red Sea Reefer 250, maybe I should have gone smaller 😂
    Look forward to seeing this one ☝🏻progress 👌🏼

    Yes the Reefled90 has the nicest shimmer, not too busy like a Kessil and nice white shimmerlines. Very close to metalhalide.

    If you have time I would love a simple video just talking about things for a beginner looking to get into the hobby. Your knowledge would be appreciated.

    lovely looking tank. looks like you could do with the next size up on the tmc return pump. I know there quiet anyway but when you can run them on half power they are super quiet and will last longer and gives you that extra range of adjustment.

      Cheers, it’s a 2000L per hour pump which is already twice more than stock, think could go to 2500 but any more would be too much for the over flows

      @@nathanqwerty1 ah I just noticed it was on max meaning it is likely to get worn out quicker also might get a little hotter now its starting to warm up. I run the 2000 and the 4000 in different tanks the 4 is a lot bigger as well so probably wouldn't fit anyways.

      They got a new line/style of pumps out now and the 2500 just fits, always run my return pumps on full and would take years to wear one out

    Thanks for the upload, just cycling my own Lagoon 25, agree with the build quality and service from charter house, can I ask are you using a custom acrylic holder for the temp controller, best of luck :)

      Cheers, no it’s just a piece of cut class so I don’t have to stick controller to wall

      Cheers, easiest scape I’ve ever done took 10 mins, sometimes it just goes like that, shallow tank helps

    Is the skimmer the midsized or desktop version?

    • @nathanqwerty1
      @nathanqwerty1  2 года назад

      Cheers, it’s the little desktop one, the mid size will not fit on the lagoon 25
