- In this video I serviced my Propain frame. In addition, I have tried to share some detail shot's of the newest Spindrift Frame. Please comment, so i can improve my video skills.

@enduro.mp4880 Hast du die Lager an den beiden Wippen auch schon mal gewechselt? Wie hast du diese sauber rausgekriegt?
Dazwischen sind ja noch die Distanzbüchsen, welche ein Auspressen mit einem normalen Spreizer schwieriger machen...
Hey, du kannst mit einem kleinen Austreiber das Distanzstück innen minimal runterdrücken und das Lager von Innen herausschlagen.

Do you have any rub on the frame behind the lower linkage.? Just underneath where the sizing is written.
I have and it looks like the lower link has hit it, but after watching how the suspension works this looks very unlikely. Do you think the lower link could hit the frame.?
The scratches come from the mud because there are usually small stones inside, which rub between the frame and the lower link. I also have scratches at that place. Maybe I will do a review of the frame and will show them.

Thanks! since I bought the frame i had no Problems. I just neded to change the bearings in the opper Linkage. And i have to change the Headset. I'am Planing to create a Video from my bike after one Year of using. I think i will do It in the end of this Year.
Hey Bro .. frage bei top rocker werden die zwei Washer zsm gebracht oder kommt der 0.25 Washer komplett nach außen bei axle ?
At 0:40 Is your screw a little out there? I did everything again when assembling it as I did it, but the screws look a little out.I can't make them in because of this washer
Yes. I alway will loosen all screws before disassemble

Wie hast du das obere Gelenk in den Rahmen bekommen da es so schwer raus ging, wie die unterlegscheiben dazwischen bekommen ?
Schau das du den Bolzen minimal durch den Rahmen steckst und den ersten Spacer drauf machst. Danach kannst du das gelenk einzestzen und noch den anderen Spacer mit den Finger halten.
Etwas schwer zu erklären hoffe es hilft dir😂
@@enduro.mp4880 Schaut die Schraube auch minimal rein. Der spacer scheint bei mir "zu dick" zu sein. Sodass die Schraube nicht sauber in die Bohrung einsinkt
@@namelessmusik4345 Es gibt verschiedene spacer am Rahmen. Falls du es noch nicht gelößt hast kannst du mir bei Insta eine Dm schreiben:)

Wie fest muss man die zwei Schrauben die den Dämpfer befestigen zudrehen?

@@enduro.mp4880 es sind 18 Nm laut Propain, die Angaben findet man auch in der Explosionszeichnung für alle anderen Schrauben
@@MtotheWiZZle9 in der Explosionszeichnung gibt es kein Drehmoment mit 18Nm? Die Norm für Dämpferschrauben sind 8Nm in Verbindung mit Loctite bei einer M8 Schraube. Ich spreche hier aber nur vom Spindrift CF.
Abgesehen davon sind 18Nm viel zu viel....
What grease do you use for the bolts?

The assambly paste I only use for thread. For greasing I use a normal Motorex grease
