Is it necessary to count 30 sec loud for the examiner to hear or just to verbalize?

In our training, we ask to do both. Everything has to be verbalised during OSCE.

U didn't change gloves when applying new dressing.
Still used noth gloves to apply née dressing and touched the cloth of the dummy.. Where's the hygiene maintenance 😕

Pls avoid or atleast reduce the background music. It’s almost overshadowing your voice.
