She is a member of our household. I left her to take care of you guys while I was gone." The cat was like, "you guys sure are cute pups but there are so many of you! Plus, I'm the only cat here, does anyone notice this?! I'm the odd one out!" Lol so adorable

actually no they don't claw or bite for no reason. you just may not know a reason. same as dogs, they will not claw,bite and snap unless harassed, upset , hurt or angry. "I don't know what happened, my child was just playing with it." Yes,pulling ears, tail, fur, hitting with toys, screaming at it. I've had to tell people how their children should behave around cats and dogs .
The cat is probably thinking, "I learned to accept that big dog running around the house, but 7 little miniature copies of it is a bit to much for me to handle!"
