Short, luxurious, rear lounge motorhome. Frankia i680 Plus

- This is a short rear lounge motorhome - as rear lounge motorhomes tend to be a bit longer. The Frankia i680 Plus is only seven metres long and the large garage is obtained by pushing the rear lounge further up. There is a deep double floor but I think I prefer the Carthago or Silver Dream versions although they are both more expensive!

I love the 3 room concept! That bath and shower area was huge!
I'm not keen, unfortunately it doesn't have a separate sleeping / living area. Ideal for when one of a couple is ill or wants some space to themselves. Much prefer the rear lounge layouts with a fixed bed over the cab that closes off to the living area. 👍🏼
Frankie i680 Plus is nice although it is suffering a bit from beige. I do like that layout with lounge at the rear and the garage is very big on that one. This is the main problem with this layout, it can compromise garage size, but not in this case presumably because they have made the rear lounge high up with a step. I really like the rear door into the garage as well. At the end of the day though I know that if I had the money (I don't) I would save up a bit more and get the new-ish Niesmann & Bischoff iSmove.
Thanks once again for sharing Alan nice van and I feel the way you say, "two burner hob is the in thing these days" would it not be better to say, this is how manufacturers make cut backs hiding it under the guise of telling us it's whats the market is demanding. 👍🤣
I've had a 4 burner stove in my house for 30 years and not once have I ever used more than two burners. I never understood why you'd waste the space on a 3rd burner when camping?
After 11 years in my van, I can count on both hands the amount of times I have ued all three hobs!
I wanted to come up with a good crack on that one John but I can't think of one. However if I do think of one, I shall put it in a future video!
What about ebikes? The door opening in the rear wall presumably means no ability to put a bike rack on there. So that leaves just the boot. And two full size ebikes will kill it?
I kind of like this one... Frankia appears to me on a different level than Hymer. I wanna ignore how it's built because I am pretty sure I could be very disappointed.
But anyway... first step after delivery: GET a proper faucet. I can't (perhaps I could) pinpoint the original faucet model: if the cartridge and neck is plastic it can pose a safety hazard. Plastic faucets are usually chrome-like painted on the inside, with time the paint exfoliates and flakes off in the water stream.
That's the Driving Position, and you know that's the Driving Position, cause there's a Steering Wheel down there... 💀🎩🎩🎩⚰️🎩🎩🎩😆😅😂🤣
I Need ☝🏾👀 in Right Hand Drive for my Country..
I ❤️ All 3...But the 2nd is my Favourite ❤️❤️❤️
So cute! 😘
09:23 - How could the boss of Frankia possibly not like Mr. Heath?
Why repost a video from 4 months ago?
10:44 - Yes it does look good, but… …not as good as the Niesmann & Bischoff iSmove.
Niesman bischoff is 6.9 is better
O niesman bischoff is move is better
Not a great tour as the inside of the RV was a hot mess. Not a true representation.
No craftsmanship, poorly made with a big price tag
